Experience the rich and fruity flavor of Kenyan Peaberry coffee, a high-quality Arabica coffee grown in the Nyeri region of Kenya’s Central Highlands.
Kenyan Peaberry coffee is a high-quality Arabica coffee known for its smooth, fruity flavor and fine acidity.
The “peaberry” bean is created when a coffee cherry produces only one bean instead of the usual two. This single, pea-shaped bean is separated from the regular “flat berry” beans before roasting, which ensures a high-quality even roast. The peaberry bean is smaller than the flat berry bean and is believed to contain more nutrients, resulting in a fuller-flavored brew.
Kenyan Peaberry coffee has a complex flavor profile with interesting fruit flavors such as strawberry, raisin and guava, and sometimes the flavors alternate with spice as is common with Kenyan coffees. It is a full-bodied, sharply acidic brew with the sweet flavor of black currants.
