Grown in the remote mountains of Planadas, South Tolima, Troyano is a beautifully expressive organic Colombian coffee produced by dedicated smallholder farmers cultivating coffee at elevations of 1600–2000 metres. The region’s rich volcanic soils, high altitude, and cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and exceptional cup clarity.

Carefully hand-picked and fully washed, this coffee delivers a refined and balanced profile. Expect vibrant notes of ripe blackberry and crisp red apple, layered with smooth milk chocolate sweetness and a clean, elegant finish. Bright yet approachable, Troyano offers a wonderful balance of fruit, sweetness, and structure.
