This fairtrade and organic certified washed lot is sourced from 34 producers working with Aromas de Valle co-operative in Cajamarca, Peru. These producers are from the village of San Felipe in Jaen province. Average elevations are high - around 2,000masl and varieties include caturra, pache and typica (known locally as 'nacional').
