What a fun year!

I can't believe it had been just over a year since my great friend Ross made our first ever order.

It is incredible how much has been learnt in a year and hopefully that experience and knowledge is providing an even better service to our customers.

The plan for the next 12 months is simple - more single origin small batch roasted coffee at a good price. Everything is going up in price but I want to do everything I can to make sure our coffee doesn't. I am currently sampling some green coffee direct from farms in Colombia and Brazil (it's a tough job!) as we need a replacement for Sweet Geisha which is sadly rapidly selling out.

In the meantime we are adding a single origin Indian Cherry Robusta bean Jijivisha to the roastery! An absolute gem of a coffee bean which should be available by the end of April.

We will look to expand our barrel aged coffee further; we need more barrels to provide a constant supply of aged beans. Currently we are having long periods out of stock due to the ageing process and subsequent replenishment of the barrels afterwards. This will get better.

Finally just a big thank you to everyone that has supported Coffey Coffee in this opening 12 months. It's no exaggeration when I say every single order is met with a smile! I understand how important coffee is to starting the day right and knowing so many have put their faith in our roasts to do this fills me with great pride! Thank you!
