After nearly 3 years of "should I?" "shouldn't I?" I finally am!
Nothing, within reason, beats a perfect coffee. It can be the foundation for the rest of your day and even your week!
I had an idea after reading some Pliny the Elder (it was a busy Monday!) he spoke about Romans preserving wine in Oak Barrels. Apparently not only was it useful for preserving the wine but it also added flavour and made it taste "dead good like" (not a direct quote). So I thought I would give it a try with coffee beans, before roasting, and see what happens. You know what, it did taste dead nice like!
I think the packaging has come along nicely since I accidently purchased 100 tiny tiny bags by mistake...

The site is ready (ish), the packaging is ready, the roastery is ready, the beans are ready, I am kinda ready!! Lets sell some beans!! All systems go 13/03/2023.
**Unrelated** 99 tiny tiny coffee bags for sale, will hold approximately 29 whole beans. Open to offers.
Hahahah! Been there! Oh, the lessons we learn!
